Denis Pryanichnikov

Denis Pryanichnikov holds PhD in Economics. Current position: Deputy Director, Listing Department Joined MICEX Stock Exchange in 2007. Key responsibilities: consulting and support of issuers planning IPO and listing, sales and marketing of MICEX SE products, development of Market for Investments and Innovations.
Prior to MICEX SE worked for largest Russian financial companies and banks: "Kapital Asset Management", "Alfa bank", OJSC "Otkrytie Brokerage House" - total experience in finance exceeds 10 years. Education: Finance Academy, Higher school of Economics, FFMS Certificates 1.0, 2.0.
 

             

Andrey Rakitin

Associate Director, Governance Services, Standard & Poor’s.
Having taken over a business development role with Standard & Poor’s Moscow office in May 2009, Andrey is in charge of relations with clients and partners in Russia and the CIS.

Prior to Standard & Poor’s, Andrey used to head business development in a number of business sectors, such as conformity assessment, certification, consulting, training and information technologies.
Andrey’s professional qualifications and expertise include international economics, business management, information mapping, as well as project management in consulting and information technologies.

               

Aaron Goldstein

Head of Russia and CIS Business Development, International Listings at NYSE Euronext . Mr. Goldstein is based in London within the International Listings, at NYSE Euronext. He is responsible for developing NYSE Euronext's business in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and CIS. The International Listings team helps potential listed companies and their advisers to make an informed decision on NYSE Euronext and makes introductions to the American and European based community of investors in order to facilitate an effective listing process.

Mr. Goldstein worked in London as an investment banker with several financial institutions concentrating primarily on Russia and CIS. Mr. Goldstein has also practiced securities law and international finance law in New York and London.

               

Marcus Sultzer

Mr. Sultzer is the General Director of EquityStory RS since its foundation in the end of 2008. EquityStory RS is the Russian subsidiary of EquityStory AG, market leader for Online Investor Relations in the German speaking region. He joined EquityStory Group in 2007 as Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this function he went along and managed a lot of projects in close cooperation with the holding’s board which prepared him for his current job in Moscow. Before working at EquityStory Group, Mr. Sultzer ran his own business for consulting of sports companies and worked as Account Executive at a Premium Online Service Provider. 

               

Walter G. Van Dorn, Jr.

Walter is a partner in Sonnenschein’s New York office with nearly 25 yeas of experience. He advises on domestic and international capital market transactions such as US SEC-registered public offerings of both equity and debt securities (including sovereign debt), offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S, and the creation and maintenance of ADR and GDR programs. In addition, Walter advises on all aspects of the US securities laws, including investment company and investment advisory matters and broker-dealer regulation. Earlier in his career, Walter was Special Counsel in the Office of International Corporate Finance at the US SEC in Washington, D.C. His areas of responsibility included offerings of equity securities and ADRs, offerings of debt securities by both corporate and government issuers, and mergers and acquisitions involving non-US companies, and he advised on some of the first ever Russian ADRs in the mid-1990s. 

               

Kirill Samsonov

Since 2010 - Founder and Administrator of Russian Private Equity Initiative - association of participants of the Russian Private Equity industry.

Before 2006
For over 20 years worked in leading international and Russian banks - Unicredit bank, EBRD and Bank of Moscow. Specialization: Risk Management, Investment banking, Private Equity.

Gary Schweitzer


Gary is a Capital Markets Partner and the IPO Leader for the Russian Federation and the CIS.
With over thirty years experience serving public companies in a variety of industries including financial services, retail, telecommunications, energy and industrial products, his primary focus is to advise clients on debt and equity financing options and help clients successfully complete an Initial Public Offering in the US, UK and other major and alternative markets. He coordinates the CIS IPO Team which is a cross-functional team in four countries from assurance, transaction services, advisory and tax that helps clients with all aspects of IPO readiness, going public and being a public company.
Gary's core skills include explaining the IPO process and the listing requirements in the US and the UK and advising clients on complex accounting and disclosure issues.
Gary has participated in a variety of debt and equity listings:
-US IPOs, including Emerging Growth Companies
-Private placements under Rule 144a into the US
-GDR and premium listings in the UK
-Debt listings in the UK, Ireland and other EU countries
-"Peoples' IPO" in Kazakhstan.
Gary had extensive experience with the privatization of state owned enterprises in Hungary from 1991 to 1994 and the privatization of state owned financial institutions in South Korea and Japan.
Published "Five Tips to help you execute a Successful IPO" in the Moscow Times.
Presented a session on "Understanding the IPO Process” at the Higher School of Economics, Moscow.

 

 

               

Alexander Klochkov

Alexander Klochkov is a Partner in the Moscow office of DLA Piper. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Alexander worked as a legal advisor to various Russian and foreign companies, in a German law firm and for more than 10 years in an international law firm in Moscow. His main areas of practice are capital and securities markets, corporate and contract law, and the energy sector.
Alexander has advised on more than a dozen IPOs and secondary public offerings of Russian companies and foreign entities with substantial Russian assets, including the first two domestic IPOs in Russia  and on a number of other IPOs and offerings, including those by Magnit, Evraz, Trader Media East, Pyaterochka, Rambler, Open Investments, Power Machines, Petrolinvest, and on the private placement of equity in IBS Group.  He also has advised on several acquisition, led numerous acquisition due diligence reviews in various sectors, and has represented Western clients in connection with their participation in joint ventures with Russian partners and international institutions.  He has also advised Russian banks with foreign investors on Russian banking and corporate law.

Oxana Derisheva

Oxana Derisheva is the graduate of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics (General Economics Department) and holds PhD in economics.

From 1999 to 2002 she headed the Issuers Relations Department at the National Association of Securities Market Participants (NAUFOR) and was responsible for the development and supporting of the Comprehensive Information and News Disclosure System (SKRIN Project) – www.skrin.ru.

Since 2002 she is the head of Listing Department of the RTS Stock Exchange and is in charge of relations with issuers, asset management companies and securities placement.

Oxana took part in the preparation of placements of shares and mutual fund units of a number of companies on the stock exchange. Among such placements are public offers of shares of JSC "The Seventh Continent", PJSC "ARMADA", PJSC “RBC Information Systems”.

Oxana has an experience in consulting and holding business seminars for issuers, professional securities market participants and consulting companies regarding such issues as securities floatation and listing in Russia, preparation and holding public offers on the stock exchange, depositary receipts issuance, building up market capitalization of securities admitted to trading, information disclosure.
